Well, if you are doing PvE, this is how I do it for soloing: (And I forget the names of the abilities at your level, so just look them up if you don't know what I am talking about) Lead off with ranged attack, usually a snaring shot which will allow you to use Precise Shot and Confounding Arrow (both have quick cast times and you should be able to get them both off before the mob reaches you if you are at max distance) Next, I start my HO and usually lead off with the CA that drops mitigation, then choose any melee CA, do another HO, use the snare / slow CA, and any other melee CA, then the stun, and any other melee CA.  By this point, usually the mob is at half life (at 68 vs an even con, non-heroic anyway), and if all your CA's are down, you can hit the haste / dps buffs until they come back up and start your HO's again.  OR, if you are quick enough, after the mob is stunned you can quick step behind it, and hit your combat stealth and any backstab, but this doesn't always work and will depend on how long the mob is stunned. If you are in PvP, then follow these steps: Sneak up to the "lone" enemy at max distance, begin casting sniper shot, get interrupted by AE / Brigand / Bruiser / NPC hailing you / God, freak out as you realize the "lone" enemy is actually in a raid, evade, hide futilely behind something, run away, avoid detection, scream in frustration as the raid force bears down on you anyway, throw computer out the window and drink a beer to calm your nerves, rinse and repeat. Hope that helps! :smileyvery-happy:
