Ok, this might sound a bit newbish, but bear with me.
I have a fellow ranger that I group with on occasion and he completely baffles me. He is level 53 (last I saw him) and instead of a combination of dual weild weapons, he is most often using an imbued cobalt longsword and SBS. Am I wrong in thinking that he is severely gimping his damage? I don't have a parser, so I've never checked to see how he does.
Need some opinions from you guys, cause you're a lot better at this whole advise thing than I am
