I completely agree. Very proud to be part of such a great group of people.
We actually talked about the Inquest line a few weeks, maybe a month ago. (FWIW, it's actually a spell line, not just available at 59.) I have an inquisitor alt and I learned about this over on their forum - they were discussing the best target for that buff, and the overwhelming consensus was rangers FTW. I filled in a bit more info about our offensive stance and such to help with the details, but they knew that we tend to generate more proc chances for buffs like Inquest than most any other class.
