Ok, I'm at that stage where I need to decide which way I want my outfitter to go as I want to keep her making armor for herself. Are there any facts to suport the 7% avoidance claims? And, is it 7% per piece or in total? I had all-over leather I made myself, but some of it become out of date and some of it was replaced by quest armor.
