As Leks said, there is not another class in the game that can come close to our debuffing. We have become essential for raids and that is a great thing. We don't have to put out top raid DPS every fight because we are there to help others do it. Not that our DPS isn't very respectable.
Some of the Tier 6 raids are ring events that are timed, because of repops or depops. In situations where you need to be dropping things as fast as possible to keep the ring events going, it is so handy to be able to drop a Dispatch every 1 minute.
