For example, push Cheap Shot to stun enemy. While a meter for Cheap Shot is going down, push ` key to stop attacking. Once Cheap Shot lands on mob, push W and E key to move side of mob or push W and SPACE key to jump to behind of mob. Then, just push your Hidden Shiv, Backstab, Sneak Attack, anything you want. You don't need to turn to mob normally. You will turn to them automatically when you use those arts.
Once you get familier to these moves, you can do the same thing with more short period stun arts like Blackjack.
On the other hand, there is a bug that mob looks like turn around to you although they are stuned. If you wait few seconds, mob looks the direction when they were stuned. However, short period stun takes off less than few seconds. So, you just need to turn off attack and move to the side or behind of mob when your stunning arts land on them. It's little bit tricky. My suggestion is to play with Cheap Shot and become familier with these moves first.
