I didn't experience any reduction in my soloing all the way up to my current level (61).. and in fact at 60 it got easier since I was able to use the new poisons in t7, one of which has a lifetap componant.. nothing like a 200 point heal proc to make your day.
I solo about 80% of the time on my swash, and so far, so good..
