Uhhhh.. Cazic Thule was a normal PvE server like everyone else. The only server in existance that didn't allow agnostic as a religion was Sullon Zek, in which case all Vah Shir worshipped Tunare, and all Monks who started in Qeynos worshipped Veeshan.
