Defiler is great if you are patient. But it is a LONG road. I'd suggest a Necro to team with the Warlock. You level pretty fast solo or duo as a Necro. I love Defiler but it requires a lot of dedication to get to the end. So if you are having 2nd thoughts this early, roll the Necro.
