My tank usually says something like "Here we go" and starts casting some self buff he has (I dunno what, but hes a zerker). Simultaneously, I Bolster him and if I am two-boxing my wife's Troubador Jester's Cap him as well. Only time I have a problem is if we are killing too fast and bolster isnt up again yet and I dont notice that it doesnt cast immediately when I press it (alot easier to not notice when two-boxing, heh)
