The increase in RoF cast time is disappointing. I don't think it will effect my number of deaths but it will increase fight lengths. Heh, it might even reduce the number of deaths, since I sometimes aggro mobs unintentionally with RoF. When soloing a large number of mobs I can chain cast my two nukes, two dot's and RoF unless I'm interrupted a lot or need to heal. With higher RoF recast time I'll sometimes have to fill in with another spell... perhaps debuff (which isn't very useful on a group of mobs -- best used on single encounters).I find RoF less useful while grouping because dungeon fighting doesn't lend itself to AoEs.
