For once i agree with the great K :smileysurprised:   :smileytongue:

The procs on a lot of items are just bizarre and dont relate in any way to where /how they were obtained and their most likely use.

Soe seem to have a bit of a blind spot when it comes to adding useful and/or interesting procs to items /sigh
