I was lucky enough to snag Master I of Rending Fury. Whooppee, it increases that 22% number to 25%. So it's actually a small upgrade over the Master of the spell 14 levels lower. I guess it's reasonable for this one to hardly grow in itself, because it's a % buff to a pet which does grow with levels.
