Misread what you were asking. I thought you were asking for more health regen stuff.
BUT...no....take the POWER regen. These are in-combat regens. Out of combat regen doesn't matter..provisioner food = ZERO downtime. In combat....5 points a tick of health means nothing...but 5 points of power pe tick means another Syphon to stay ALIVE
