Lich regens
alot more then +1, as Seeko said. The real beauty of lich is that it doesn't show up in "/show_window MainHUD.Character" as a regen. My understanding is you can only stack power regen items to 10% of your total power per tic, since lich isn't a "regen" you can stack above and beyond what anyone else can regen. In combat rez has never bothered me, I'm there to do damage and save the raid if there is a wipe... let the pallies and dirges take care of batlle rezzing
