Possession
Wow - if this spell stays in its current form, I have one word for it: FUN
Now - I bought it, and played with it for a little while. You cast it on a mob - your own spell bars are cleared and you have a hotbar with the icons the mob you've possessed uses. These are yours to use and you move around as the mob and not as yourself. You stay in combat focused on your mob. Now, the spell only lasts for 24 seconds with a recast of 1 minute and 26 seconds at Adept 1. You might think - hey - that blows, and yes, that's what I thought at first too. BUT - as long as you are attacking another mob with your possessed mob when the spell wears off - THOSE mobs will fight, and they will leave you alone until one or both of them die SMILEY Not usable on epics, but hell, not all epics are true epics - and this spell doesn't seem to [Removed for Content] the mob in the slightest.
One of the mobs I possessed gave me 1.5 hotbars of spells. Wow heh. The things you could do with that. Take out the adds like that... as long as it gets agro SMILEY
Oh, but if the spell wears off and you're halfway through casting one of the mob's spells - you get bugged =x.

Anyway - going to play with it a little more now SMILEY The first bright light I've had all beta

The AAs are still hosed up a bit as some of the descriptions arer the opposite of what they mean. For example the prerequiste spell MANA FLOW says that it increases the spell casting time, when it really decreases it.

Note: Across the class forums in Beta, many of the class are having problems testing out their AA skills. Hopefully, all of the Beta testers wil have more data to report on these as things progress. Downside, for our profession their appears to be a single line that is any good for us. However, I will let you make up your own minds on that. I am hopeing that their will be further changes to our AAs as we progres, since a few classes have seen some changes already. I believe that at the very least the spell discriptions will be accurate.

First some of the bad news SMILEY -- Their are NO raid specific skills for Coercers in this expansion.

The good news SMILEY -- Many of the MOBs are using their class specific skills. Having a group should get easier and things like stifle/stun/mez will come in handy. In addition, there seems to be many priest type MOBs. Plus, check out that level 65 spell. If it works like it says this will be a great skill.

This is also from another post of Arithion's

Due to everything that's involved in an expansion, and with the release date getting closer, it's difficult to fit everything in. However I was assured that they hadn't forgotten, and after the expansion we would see some results.
So I'd like to thank that dev for making me feel like we matter just a little more than I thought we did. Thank you

I've watched coercers who solo higher con heroics using 2 unbreakable roots while keeping 2 separate encounters locked down at the same time (no other class could pull off such a heroic feat). That is called Crowd Control. What Enchanter's are supposed to do.
