There are a few items that I find that would be really good for the extra proc DPS, but I doubt it will make a huge difference.

This prompts me to ask a question that I keep forgetting to ask: I've seen a certain fabled chalice type item that adds 15% DPS to magic spells. I've seen it on the broker a few times, but never purchased it. I was curious about it's effectiveness. Does it add 15% across the board to all magic spells? Does it stack with AA crits? How about stacking with the volatile magic AA? It seems on paper like a decent item, but I haven't read much on it.
