This could be said another way : if you are a level 51 fighter who didn't use a skill (let's say slashing, because you had a good blunt weapon), since level 48, you have the same slashing skill as a level 48 fighter, but you hit better because you are level 51. How much better ? The efficiency of Dismay resides in this difference (is actually opposite to this difference), and I hope the fighter forums will give us some clues about it.The fact is, the way all fighters are hit with less mitigation and avoidance efficiency, Dismay makes a visible difference during the fights, my guardian groupmate usually stays "one color better" with Dismay on while fighting single ^^^ encounters. Of course, I prefer to keep stun/stifle cycle on every such encounters, but even then the damage output of those encounters is still high and Dismay helps much.This is a way our role didn't change with the CU : we make impossible (too hard hitting) encounters possible.
