Those level 57 spells are quite lame so it's no biggie. 300 points more than the spell it replaces... Certainly not going to affect your dps much.
Your wrong, this spell, even though it doesnt do huge damage is a big part of our dps, the short timer and lower mana consumption makes this a truely great spell. The damage isnt that bad either....
