This makes no sense and SOE does not get it.

Warlocks are not supposed to be only AE specialists...they should also be experts in dd but poison based while wizards are elemental based.

This is so ridiculous already. Does anyone have a address or a phone so we can request a community conference call.

Wizards and Warlocks should be AE and DD specialists but based on the source of their powers.

Any other game on the market does not do this.

Please tell me for instance why would a Warlock with powers based in poison and disease automatically have to be more effective with AE targets???

Or why would a Wizard with powers based in the elements be specialized in direct damage??

This does not make sense......if SOE is having a difficult time figuring this out then they should ask the community for help.

Seems to me that a high level wizard should be able to summon a hail storm on various opponents as well as call down a devastating comet on to an attacker and be just as deadly.

By the same token, a high level warlock should be able to disease and infestate a group of attackers and deliver a deadly poison just as effectively as the wizard.

Both classes should be equally as deadly..........the only difference should be the origin of their powers.

Some people like myself feel that being a warlock is too evil and unleashing poison and disease is not appealing.

Therefore, there is the option to be a caster that can do a similar amount of damage but through the use of manipulating the elements.

The only difference between these two classes is the where their power comes from.

SOE does not have to make them totally equal they should both have advantages over each other. I though the idea of wizards being more proficient in mana tranfers and having the evac was great while warlocks had amazing group buffs and power drains.

Think about it.
