Some spells like Altered Vision, I had at Ap4 when I started this, and tonight got A1, there was no change in the spell effects. I've also looked at upgrading buffs, but the ones I have seen, offer little or no increase in what they do. The only way I would increase them if I was wealthy with nothing left to spend it on and just wanted to get the best in every spell.
