Very true BoFl does more than 900 damage. What I left out is that the mastery spell has a 4 part 40 damage dot sort of like Immolations dot. 10% slow is better than nothing albeit barely SMILEY

. I had issues landing BoFl even after full debuffs as well, never had issues with Sunbolt.
