Flaming Wind is replaced by Icy Wind at L35 iirc, which is superior.
Westfend's Ice Spear has several advantages to Ball of Fire;
Caps at higher damage than BoF.
Caps at higher level than BoF (40 instead of 33) which lets it hit higher targets.

Ball of Flames and Ice Spear are on separate timers. So is Ball of Fire but when you get BoFl (37) Ice Spear is superior to BoFi.
Does cold damage instead of heat.
Looks really nice with my amount of graphics.
Use the T3 rare to make yourself Icy Coil or Blazing Intimidation instead. I still use Coil at L42. It's on a separate timer from Piercing Icicles.
