Yes you can have the cast at the same time, but you don't get any benefits from Vivid Seal. Dazzling Seal overwrites it. So at 25, it is better to have Dazzling Seal up, especially since the adept1 for it is more readily available then the lower level spell. I have my familiar up at all times. Rcently I have been xping a lot in the feerrott and adds are a real pain. If evac is down you no option but to hotfoot it and I certainly find the few extra seconds my familiar buys to be very handy. Plus it's kinda funny to see it wade in and eyeball mobs who have had the temerity to AE it! SMILEY
