I went all the way down str line and have maxed my heals and wards and cel touch in eof and I can tell a major difference in how often I get interupted with ring of four winds my wards take about a sec and half now to cast and recast every 8 secs heals my single target heal hardly ever gets interupted unless taking on more than 3 mobs it casts to fast now. Plus 8 mins recast on our big heal is great in raids. I cast it 22 times other night to keep the OT and myself up I dont hesitate to use it like I used to.
