I suggest you take a step back and kill the higher level undead in TS. They go up to lvl 25 I believe (and Nek which have heroics up to 30). Since they are undead, you can probably solo the heroics until you hit 30. The moment you hit 30, upgrade ALL your armor to T4 armor. Do the same for your weapon(s). Once upgraded, go clean house in Enchanted Lands by doing all of the quests at the docks.

If you are going to solo then stick with undead whenever possible. You will hit a dry patch from 30 to 46 but will pick it up again from then on out.
