Things I have found useful with this spell.
and I hope they don't nerf it after hearing about it..
I have it at level 4, and I have found that if the first hit I fire off after this (before a normal swing) is an AE attack then it hits all the mobs in range for an extra 115 on top of the normal AE damage, I have also noticed that if you have a zerker in your group and the next spell that he hits is an AE as well then all the mobs hit also take an extra 115 ish damage as well (it shows as damage as that you do even if your not swinging at that moment) I don't know if magic attacks also proc it like that or if it is just melee but on AE's it's very effective! It makes a lovely sea of orange damage when all done correctly. 
Also it seems to hit each time that the dot goes off for attacks in the oath strike line (attack and divine Dot) though not every time I cast it so I would need to test this more. But if it does then it would be an extra 115 ish per tick of the dot which would actually make that line worthwhile again (what with the DOT being resisted even by blue con mobs and STILL having the 1 minute time go off (one minute for a 200 (thats the max hit as well at my level) point hit?!?!?!?) if this did work then it would make soloing a lot more bearable, and actually make me use this spell more often!
