Well seeing as i had the adept 3 before the master dropped for me in the Living tombs, i'd say it drops 
u cant get the adept 1 from what i heard, so u just get ur [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] mining and get it as an adept 3, the same goes for Consecrate, the adept 1 is very rare, so just get it adept 3.
