If you plan to get Ghoulbane, now would be a good time to complete all the tedious tasks prior to entering the Tomb of Valor in Stormhold. You should be able to pickup weakened Ghoulbane pretty soon and then seek either guild or pickup raids in Cauldron Hollow to further advance the quest. Likewise, you'll need the creator "lich" in Ruins of Varsoon (ROV) mentioned above so why not get Ghoulbane credit while you're in ROV? If you haven't started the quest yet:
1. Visit Vida Sweeps in Nettleville Hovel to get the Dusty Blue Stone quest (her 2nd quest)
2. Speak to the Librarian in Stormhold library to get the Key to Past quest (access required to Tomb of Valor (TOV) to pickup Ghoulbane from quest 1 above).
It will probably take you a few levels if you are just starting to get everything updated to the Cauldron Hollow raid.
