My advice is to not worry about gear so much right now, get to 20 and do your armor quests.
Also, forget about Ghoulbane for a long while, you can't even use the weakened form until level 32.
Just go do quests or help people with thier quests and hope for drops to use or sell, concentrate on learning what your class can do you have plenty of time for gear.
