I have the following Adept Is:
Inflame
Demonstration of Faith
Toughness
Righetous Blow
Faithful Swing.
Of the 5, I'd most recommend Inflame and Demonstration of Faith. Having an upgraded taunt is extremely important to a main tank, and I rarely lose aggro with it. Adept Demonstration of Faith is great for main tanking as well, really useful for taking some of the load off healers, surviving a particularily difficult mob in combo with a healer, or helping a groupmate.
Toughness Adept isn't bad either; I mostly bought it because Toughness never has an upgraded version, and its a fairly decent buff.
Faithful swing is ok, the damage increase wasn't much but the heal increase was decent. Righteous Blow I don't use enough to justify buying an Adept I; I feel its too much power for too little damage. Righteous Anger is a much better damage:power ration, though on a longer timer.
If I were to get an Adept III, I'd probably upgrade Demonstration of Faith.
