At 49 with adept3 I think it maxes at 490 something
Of course that's just description numbers, expect hits between 300-350 with the occasional 400 hit on ^^ blues or so.
Very dissappointing adept3 upgrade. Besides Insidious whisper for tuant reasons I can't think of any other spells that I would have the slightest reason to upgrade to A3.
