Hey all. I'm a Ratonga who heard that the max haste would output more dps than the bruisers +dps buff when going unarmed.

I betrayed to Qeynos and I really miss my hovel in Temple Street. But you know opportunistic ratonga like myself go where we can take advantage of things.

Is there a difference between the two numbers wise?
