The bruiser hat should be in the next batch of profession hats to go out. We had hoped they would make it in GU26, but art has an earlier cutoff than code or design for updates and some things still needed to be tweaked.
As this thread illustrates, different people have different ideas about what the bruiser class is and what kind of headgear would best represent that. Some want martial arts, some want a street thug, some want a crazy freak that eats babies. Since no hat can say all those things (thankfully, in the case of the last one), some will like it and some will not.
