Well, I dont expect the bruiser to have mage-like particle effects, but if i think about something that invloves "launches a flurry of blows" like 100 hand slap (love that name) I picture myself a really fast swinging bruiser, really overtaking the enemy with a series of devestating blows to the head. But I have no idea what SOE did with it.
