Thread: Where do you start the Bruiser quest?

Currently a lvl 18 Brawler and I would love to know where I can start this quest, I know I cant finish it till I am close to 20, but never hurts to get a jump start SMILEY-Tamaran- 18 Iksar Brawler/10 Scholar- AB
