I actualy only have legendary/claymore gear (prety much everything good outside of raid gear) and I have soloed names upwards of lvl 68 on several ocasions. Highest lvl named so far is the lvl 68 ravesect named right outside of den. Every named in SoS can be soloed easily with a monk without raid gear.
