Ok so brawlers can now skill up with crushing weapons that act effectively (damage-wise) as "slashing" and "piercing".

With Fallen Dynasty coming soon I thought it would be an appropriate time to post this.

Now my questions is, with certain limited weapon types that fit the nature and theme of a brawler, should weapons such as the following be used possibly in the hands of a monk/bruiser and possibly some of them only by their hands?

Perhaps even one that only a monk could use and vice versa for bruiser.

Ideas are:

Katannas
Wakizashis
Tantos
Sais
and so many more options....

Good, bad, or ugly?

ya know i gotta be honest...i've love nothing better then to have a monk with a katana. But it's my understanding that monks use their body as a weapon as opposed to using actual weapons. I didn't play eq1 though so in my ignorance i guess sony's view of a monk could be that they are ninja's with straw hats but i dont know. But that's the kid side of me talkin. I do think we'd have a better shot with tanto's or something though because that's not such a huge weapon as a katana and seems more the style monk that i've played up to this point. then again who can predict what soe will do next....i've stopped tryin
