If you have good gear and know how to play your class Monks rock. I was 52 the other day and beat a 56 Coercer. Can beat just about any class as long as they are not too far ahead in lvl.
As for dealing with casters, we have several stuns/stiffles, a shield for all types of magic at lvl 52, and interupts (taunts).
