For your level (62) my suggestion is try to pick up the Claymore quests. There is alot to do inside SoS, where you will get good experience and rewards from the numerous quests in the series. Even if you do not plan on going to Deathtoll and finishing the Claymore, the quest rewards from the timeline are well worth the effort. You need to level a bit more, prolly 64,65+ till you can start doing runs through the T7 instances. Nest is a good one to start with, other zones include Vaults, Sepulcher, Den, and HoF. All these instances have great experience and loot, but you'll need to gain a few more levels before you can start running through them.
