Yea i agree sabin anarchy should never NOT used i dont know anyone that this is a issue where it's not being used it's awesome best weve got after all the nerf's. Athough i did just post on the gaurdian forum's about this gaurdian that has major aggro issue's (think it's mainly he doesnt have adept 3 taunt's ect) that his zerker buddy should not keep useing anarchy because he's going to get aggro everytime that's about it. any other time proc the hell out of it! I love useing it when raiding my gaurdian get just that lil much more hate from when he get's a anarchy swing i dont know a class that does not love our haste/procable spell's boy oh boy nothing like my zerker!! gota love em !!
