Berserker DPS comes from:
1) Self haste and self/group offense buff:
Bloodlust, Tides of War
Also there are many other spells to put you into berserk state like Focus Rage.
2) Group attack:
Barrage, Stomp, etc.
3) AOE buff:
Bloodrage, Rampage
4) Reposte:
Fury
