The whole point is like Cheroyby pointed out, this game has more bugs then EQ1 did when it was first released because of the sheer complexitiy of the game,

.......................

now, i tend to agree with points from both side of this argument, but this staement really made me pause...

I started EQ1 about 1 week into retail on Rallos Zek, and the game had WAY more bugs than eq2. bugged spells/terrain/npc's

being charmed and loosing all my gear, falling off the boat, every time , falling thru the world on a constant basis, being telleported into a small box with /loc's on the wall , gear that would dissapear, char's that would dissapear from the login screen , pathing bugs , broken spells , horrendous lag early on in the game , exploitable bugged pvp for many months , broken boats, bards, always broken.. just to name a few.

many of these issues were not fixed till long after release...

as far as class skills a lot of the higher level spells 30+ were very broken for the first 6 months-1 year of the game, ALSO the nerfing in eq2 has been very moderate compared to the nerfing that went on in eq1 ala necro.. druid.. shaman...

and few of the classes are as usless/broken as some of the classes were in eq1 .. Warriors for the first year they were crap.. crap crap.. rangers.. uggg dont get me started .. necro group utility *laugh* shamna and druid as healers? lol.. sk's ...

on a positive note, many if not all of these things were improved revamped/fixed. it just takes time, and eq2 is what six months old? give it a chance
