Both are app 4, er BL might be adept 1. Maybe there is a cap that adept 3 hits on its own, but i dont see why the adept3 would cause a hard overwrite. Up until the added details were added to skills ToW read that it increased the berserkers speed and said nothing about group, also seen many people say it was only affecting them. Maybe they've been wrong, maybe its a recent change. Either way its a positive suprise, I hope its not just some bug that will be taken away.
