They're both there.
Try asking a alchemist to make the spell upgrades for you, they make the fighter spells.
Perhaps there isn't so much on the broker, becuase t5 is less played/alot of treasured items get transmuted.
But there are upgrades to both Tremor and Assuage, rest assured.
