I believe the wording for the procs on the spell can be misleading. I think "throw back" can also mean knockdown. Two terms, but the same effect.I know for a fact Belly Smash works, cause I have a macro that casts Staggering Blow, then Belly Smash. As long as SB doesn't miss, or the target isn't an epic, it should work.
