I uninstalled EQ2 and downloaded the launcher...

I uninstalled EQ2 and downloaded the launcher from station.sony, now after having been on for >8 hours its stuck at "Receiving file xbutton-hov.png_delta..."

Exactly. 45% is still about as fast and can be had earlier than even a bard. So what a mystic gets 50%. Don't furies still get 20%? Clerics get 0%. I don't recall about shaman but they have 0% or 20%...

hmm yeah i noticed this is pretty old but still decent guide to what you get etc. little bit confused though when he says makes oranges easier to hit, i didn't know debuffs make it easier to hit...
