I have not yet reached 48 so i dont knwo but i think it is a upgrade to slice throat which can be useful on casting mobs but i dont use it much so i dont think you will able to get normal pp price...

I play an assassin i dont see i problem with the groups assassins are in the first group so who is to say we wont do as much as wiz/warlock. plus the entire group will probably by so close in damage...

The main issue is not the downtime of the server its having to leave your computer on to sell stuff. this is the way SOE wants it,(i see the reasons behind both sides). i know i dont leave my game...
