One thing you have to realize is that a EQ2 ranger hurts the mobs a lot more up front then a EQ1 ranger. I have played both. An EQ2 Ranger is mostly front loaded DPS and most mobs are down to 1/4...

Would anyone know how much the max data amount streaming per second Everquest 2 uses both inbound and outbound? My guess would be 4 KiloBytes/sec down and 3 KiloBytes/sec up. Your thoughts please.

No, there is no time zone differences on servers. I believe Nagafen is now the most populated server. I'd say if a server says heavy load, it's atleast 5,000 players.
