Those would be "fun spells," Assassins get a pet rat fun spell at 20. It's merely aesthetic. At 40 they can change into a half elf and lastly, at 50, they get a "shimmering black pulsing aura."

I'd recommend a Brigand as your first character...

I'd recommend a Brigand as your first character on a pvp server. You get alot of debuffs, great damage and can tank most groups. As it was said earlier tracking and stealth will help you immensely...
